Shipping Policy
We offer Free Standard Delivery with all orders. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. All orders placed are sent by courier and delivery to you is 5 to 7 business days to those countries specified in Europe.
To upgrade to our premium delivery service, there is a charge of €5.50. This service delivers your order to you within 3-5 business days. Please note that premium delivery is not available for those items with a 'Ship by' date visible.
What's your Shipping Policy?
- Please ensure all address details are correct before finalizing your order as amendments cannot be made once your order has left our warehouse. Due to circumstances out of our control, the delivery process could take longer, and delivery times shown are only an estimate. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box and BFPO numbers.
- We send your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier. You will find this by logging into your account. Orders placed from Friday afternoon and over the weekend will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours from the next working day. Please note that bank holidays are not treated as a working day.
Can I track my order?
If you have an account with us, you can log in to your account to view your current order status including tracking. Please note that this is not possible if you used the guest checkout.
Every product lists an estimated delivery date. Upon dispatch we will send you a tracking number via email to track your parcel to your delivery address, as well as update you with a more accurate delivery date.
To rearrange delivery or to request your order to be left in a safe location on your property, you will need to contact the relevant carriers from your email tracking notification. Please note you are liable for the parcel if you have requested for the parcel to be delivered to safe place.
Can I choose a specific Delivery Date?
Unfortunately, at the moment it is not currently possible to choose a specific day but we’re looking at expanding our horizons and in the future we hope to be able to bring you other delivery services.
My Order hasn't turned up. What do I do?
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive after 14 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@teamson.co.uk or +44 1952 916050. We will contact the courier to request a search for your item/s. Please note that this can take up to 7-14 working days to investigate.
Where do you Deliver to?
At this time, we only ship to the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Mainland Only) and Sweden.
